About Albertina “Tina” Green
I am a "born and bred" military child who has spent my entire life, both personal and professional, within the military community. For the past 8 years, I lived and worked in Germany as a counselor. My transition back to the U.S. marks an intentional new chapter: opening my own practice to bring that global perspective and specialized experience home to you. Since 2014, I have dedicated my career to helping others find their footing during life’s biggest shifts.

What to Expect: The "Workout"
Think of our work together like a physical workout. We will go deep into the hard, uncomfortable places, but I will not leave you there too long. We stretch, we grow, and then we come back up for air with something lighter before we dive back in. I believe in active progress, which means I do assign "homework" to keep your momentum going between sessions. I am here to partner with you and give you the tools, but I remind my clients that I cannot do the work for you, we do it together.

My Professional Toolkit:
My approach is simple: therapy is a tool, and because no two people are the same, no two "toolkits" should look the same. I lean on Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), always through a client-centered lens where you remain in control.
Since 2017, I have had the honor of serving as a Military and Family Life Counselor. My foundation was built just before that, from 2014 to 2017. During these years I was completing my clinical internship with Stepping Forward Christian Counseling, to become fully licensed. Former clients often mention my "Tina-isms", those direct and memorable insights that stick with you. Do not be surprised when you find yourself saying, "Well, Ms. Tina said..."
